I recently saw a quote from Tolkien’s The Lord of the Rings that went something like this…What can men do against reckless hate?
I am reminded that men and women can only do one thing to overcome evil…do good for the glory of God.
When I start to feel overwhelmed by the hate and evil in this world Romans 12 is a chapter that re-ignites my passion and purpose to live and share Christ within this generation. The chapter ends with this:”Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.”
